Medical certificate for the renewal or first issue of a crane operator's licence.
For the medical certificate, we require one passport-sized photograph. If you do not have one, we can take it at the medical centre (at no extra cost).
You can attend without an appointment during our opening hours.
What should I bring?
- Valid ID
- Glasses, contact lenses, hearing aid, etc.
