Aeronautical Medical Examination

Service Description

An aeronautical medical certificate is issued to certify that flight personnel (crew, pilot, etc.) are in full psychological and physical fitness to carry out their duties, thereby ensuring safe flight. Aeronautical medical certificates are issued on a regular basis (annually) and are only valid if issued by an authorised Aeromedical Examiner (AME).

These medical certificates must comply with the protocols established by the Spanish Air Safety Agency (AESA) (and by European regulations), as these are standards that guarantee the fitness of the personnel examined.
