Exchange/Recognition of driving licence
If you want to complete the full process, you can do so with us. We handle the complete change of your driving licence without you having to go anywhere else.
The fee for the full service includes FEES, processing, tracking, a medical certificate and delivery of the provisional licence.
Please be aware that the process is slow and is handled in the order the paperwork is received. Currently, the DGT is taking approximately 5 months.
Depending on the country you are exchanging your driving licence from, we will ask for different documentation. Please ask us via WhatsApp.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: THERE ARE NO FASTER WAYS (We wish to warn you that any promise to deliver your documents more quickly is not truthful and may be a scam. We therefore recommend relying only on well-known organisations and companies).
Duplicate Driving Licence
If your driving licence has been stolen or lost, we will handle the application for a replacement.
The steps to follow:
1st. Report it lost or stolen. With the report, you can drive safely while you wait for the replacement to be processed (the waiting period is 1 to 2 months, no more).
2nd. Come and see us with the report and fill in the paperwork we will provide for you at reception. Important: You will need to provide a passport-style photograph (you can have one taken very close to our clinic if you don’t know where).
3. All that’s left is to wait for us to handle the administration and issue you with a provisional driving licence (issued by the DGT), which we can give you in about 2 to 3 weeks. You will receive the permanent licence at your home address.
Vehicle Name Change
If you need to change the name on a vehicle, motorcycle, moped or any other type of vehicle, we can handle the process for you without you needing to visit the DVLA. We will provide you with a temporary document until the original paperwork arrives.
